POLICY
“No Giving, No Receiving” of gifts or any other benefits during the New Year and other festive occasions, in order to foster a culture of transparency and integrity in the workplace.
Exceptions: Gifts, assets, or other benefits may be accepted only when they are given in accordance with customary social practices on festive occasions or important events, including occasions of congratulations, expressions of gratitude, welcoming, condolences, or other socially accepted courtesies.
