
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences extends congratulations to " Watcharapong La-oyoi," an outstanding Japanese alumnus, on the 50th Anniversary of the Faculty's Establishment
August 31, 2026, at 15:00 hrs. - Asst. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Achariyaprasit, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presented an Outstanding Alumnus Award to Mr. Watcharapong La-oyoi (P' Nook), an outstanding alumnus of the Japanese Program, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Asst. Prof. Pailin Klinkesorn, Head of the Department of Humanities, along with the Japanese Program lecturers, at the Dean's Office, 1st Floor, Building 35.
Mr. Watcharapong La-oyoi is an alumnus of the 12th batch of the Japanese Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with a distinguished career and outstanding achievements as follows:
2021:
Joined All Nippon Airways (ANA), a leading 5-star airline in Japan.
2024:
Won an award at the Airport Skill Contest as a Passenger Service agent for ANA, becoming the first Thai national among ANA passenger service staff to receive this honor. He was also the first foreigner to win as a representative of Japan before advancing as one of the 11 global finalists.
In addition, he was selected as one of 48 Diamond Tier Passenger Service agents, the highest VIP tier of the airline, serving in the Suite Lounge.
