The textbook for describing the subject “Law of Criminal Procedure”

Foreword by Mr. Attapol Yaisawang, the Director of the State Attorney Commission, the lecturer in the seminar for the Law of Criminal Procedure,

Compile by Mr. Tanawat Pisitchinda, the Law program, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The Law of Criminal Procedure set in the group of the Procedural Law, which’s the procedure for using the law and dispute resolution, without that will make the right of people lack of the clarity for the justice. The content of the Law of Criminal Procedure consist of the principle such as complaint, accusation, investigation, arrest, detection, release, questioning of the suspect, the document for the prosecutor, autopsy, prosecution, the principle of the procedure civil suit that concern with the criminal case such as asking for claim, and the system for operating of the court e.g. the consideration of the trial court, doing the judgment, appeal, and petition for the supreme court.

This textbook explain all of the principle rule for the Law of Criminal Procedure as the code of laws for the Law of Criminal Procedure; part one  preliminary; part two investigation; part three consideration for the trial court; part four about appeal and petition for the supreme court.
