Dr. Thanakorn Uiphanit, the Head of Information Sciences, the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, consulted for the cooperation of the making works, the economy in the community, managing the local resources. This meeting consisted of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and the Second Army Area Commander, which held at the commander meeting room, the Hydro - Informatics Institute (Public Organization).
