Law program, Department of Social Sciences, faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University invited interested students to attend “Legal Exam Writing Training Project and Techniques for Researching Legal Topics of the fiscal year 2020” on February 15th-16th, 2020 at Room 3546, Building 35, faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The purpose of this project is to provide students with skills in writing and answering legal tests and having a research development initiative under the supervision of lecturers from Law program.
Not only the lecturers from Law program who are going to be the principal trainers, but also alumni and current students are going to share their experience in writing and answering legal tests and doing researches as follows:
- 1. Mr. Wattanachai Thongsang, identification number 5512344005 (Mick), former student president of Law program. He is currently a Thai barrister and a lawyer.
- 2. Ms. Pornsiri Toopichit, identification number 57123440065 (Som-o), former chairman of the Law Clinic and Public Service Center of Law program. She is the researcher of the research article entitled “Analysis of the Appropriate Penalty of Smoking in the Non-Smoking Area.” The article was presented in the 9th National and International Academic Conference. At present, she is an attorney at the Legal Division of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
- 3. Ms. Preedaporn Kaewduang, identification number 57123440060 (Rung), who is the researcher of the research article entitled “Blood Lineage Relatives and the Rights to Inheritance as Statutory.” The article was presented in the 9th National and International Academic Conference. At present, she is a drug support staff at Office of the Narcotics Control Board Region 1, Ministry of Justice.
- 4. Ms. Nattha Opasthanathon, identification number 58123440109 (Earn). She has got the Bachelor of Law degree 2nd class honor. She is the researcher of the research article entitled “An Analysis of the Employee on Maternity Leave for Pregnant Women Under the Labour Protection Act BE.2541” The article was presented in the 9th National and International Academic Conference. Moreover, she is the author of the research article entitled “A Comparative Analysis of The Employee on Maternity Leave Between Private Sector and Government Sector.” The article was presented in the International Conference on Social Science and Economics (ICSSE) held in Taipei, Taiwan. She is now a legal officer at a private law office, KNSAT LEGAL & TAX Co, Ltd.
- 5. Mr. Krittikarn Kaewma, Identification number 5812344004 (New), former chairman of the Law Clinic and Public Service Center of Law program. He is the researcher of the research article entitled “The Disclosure in the Contract of Insurance.” The article was presented in the Graduate School Mini-Conference 2018. Moreover, he is the author of the research article entitled “Muslim and Marriage Conditions: Comparative Study According to Thai Law.” The article was presented in the International Conference on Social Science and Economics (ICSSE) held in Taipei, Taiwan. He is now continuing his study for Master degree.
- 6. Ms. Waritsa Thepchompoo, Identification number 59123440128 (Aom). She is the author of the research article entitled “The Status of Artificial Intelligent Robots in Criminal Justice” which was published in a journal. She is now an internship at the Office of the Narcotics Control, Ministry of Justice.
- 7. Ms. Phatthinun Lertwiriyasilpa, Identification number 59123440107 (Mean). She is the author of a national research article entitled “Legal Measures Relating to the Control of Refugee” which has got an excellent article certificate from the chancellor of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in the 3rd National Academic Conference: Learning on Humanities and Social Scienes at the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. She has got a scholarship to present international research article abroad: “Measure on Detention of Refugee.” The article was presented in an International Conference on Science, Social Science and Economics (IC3SE) held in Oxford, United Kingdom. She is now an internship at Nonthaburi Provincial Court.
