Thai Section arranges project of sciences integration, “Visit-Study-Inherit Thai Culture and Wisdom”

          March 17, 2023 – The Thai Section, Humanities Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University arranged the project of sciences integration, “Visit-Study-Inherit Thai Culture and Wisdom” to enhance knowledge and experience in the study of Folkloristics course, and to integrate knowledge from the learning center and sciences of local wisdom, literature, history, and arts and culture for 70 of       3rd-year students at Ratchaburi and Samut Songkhram Province.

          Activity 2: Learning the community wisdom and lifestyle at Ban Bang Plub Community Learning Center, Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram Province; to learn the history of Ban Bang Plub Community and their local careers where Aj. Somsong Saengtawan, the Center President and teacher of Thai wisdom in agriculture was the honorable speaker. There were 3 practical activities for learning the wisdom; making the coconut sugar, making the basketry, and making the reincarnation of fruit (crystallizing the bitter fruit being sweet). On this occasion, the Thai Section would like to extend gratefulness to the honorable speaker educating the students.
