Policy about the electric light

1. Open-Close the electric light from 8.00 A.M. – 4.00 P.M. Except someone is working and must close when there is no one working.

2. Close the electric light from lunchtime 12.00 P.M. – 1.00 P.M. and open only necessary.

3. Reduce the electric light in the hallway.

4. Open-Close the electric light from 6.00 P.M. – 6.00 A.M.

Policy about the air conditioner

1. Set the temperature between 25 °C – 26 °C around the working space.

2. Open the air conditioner must open before meeting 15 minutes.

Policy about computer and the accessories

3. Close the computer and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and unplugged before leaving.

4. Close the monitor if you don’t use it for 10 minutes.

5. Check and correct before print to save the paper and energy.

6. Close the peripheral device such as UPS, Scanner, and Printer after using and leaving.

7. Must use the printer together through the Network Printer.
