The Thai Program students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences participate in the 2025 Parliamentary Literature Camp

March 14, 2025 - Ms. Phutthida Rummanop and Ms. Kanya Phadungdet, second-year students of the Thai Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the 2025 Parliamentary Literature Camp as a part of the Pan Wan Fa Literary Awards Competition at Meeting Room B1-2, B1 Floor, Parliament Building, (Kiakkai).

The camp featured training sessions and seminars aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of democracy and governance while developing their skills in political literature by distinguished experts as follows;

  • "Techniques for Writing Short Stories" by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanya Sangphandanon, National Artist in Literature (2016) and SEA Write Award Winner (1987)
  • "Techniques for Writing Poetry" by Ms. Chamaiporn Bangkombang, National Artist in Literature (2014)

Additionally, students had the opportunity to explore significant locations within the Parliament, including Phra Suriyan Hall of the House of Representatives and Sappaya-Sapasathan, the new Parliament building, a symbol of Thai democracy.
