
The students of the Geography and Geo-informatics Program attend the special lecture on "Toward Designing Sustainable Development Based on Physical and Social Sciences Evidence"
February 26, 2025 - The third-year students of the Geography and Geo-informatics Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Kathawut Waiyasusri, attended the special lecture on "Toward Designing Sustainable Development Based on Physical and Social Sciences Evidence" by Prof. Daisuke Komori, a water-related disaster expert from Tohoku University, Japan, at Navamindradhiraj University, Room TWP–304, where Asst. Prof. Dr. Parichat Wetchayont, the lecturer of the Emergency Medical and Disaster Operations Program, served as the moderator.
This special lecture aimed to enhance students' understanding of water disaster management within the GEO3409 Regional Geography Management course, to inspire their knowledge in disaster-related studies and apply it to their fourth-year research projects.
