The Thai Program organizes the lecture on "Professional Editorial Work"

February 26, 2025, 14:00 – 16:00 hrs. - The third-year students of the Thai Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the lecture as part of their Thai Language Profession Experience Preparation Course, titled "Professional Editorial Work" by Mr. Tomorn Sukpreecha, the expert in editorial work and recipient of the "Outstanding Editor Award (Khun Nilwan Pinthong)" from the Language and Book Association, as the keynote speaker.

The students gained valuable insights into the use of the Thai language in editorial work, the editorial process, the behind-the-scenes aspects of the profession, understanding of the role of an editor which goes beyond content review to include information selection, accuracy analysis, and content enhancement to ensure engaging and high-quality publications.

This session provided students with practical knowledge and essential skills to apply to their future careers and professional development.
