Announcement to Inform the ways contacting the Education Services for students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences during the spread of COVID-19 infectious disease

According to the situation of the spread of infectious diseases with the COVID-19 virus that is more violent now causing students to be unable to contact the university, the Educational Service Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences provided contact channels to facilitate students. Any student who is required to write a petition form such as the memo request to pay for late enrollment, the memo to request for late registration, the memo request to change the course code, or other request forms. Students are requested to fill out the form correctly and completely. (Form as attached) Then, sent to the inbox of the Education Services page. Please fill out the correct first name, last name, and student ID. for the Education Service Department to handle the requests.

  • Students must complete their own information correctly. Then, sent to the Education Service Department. The document will be sent for the advisor and the head of the department to sign.
  • When the document is completed, it will be returned to the student through the message boxes previously informed by the students.
