
The Cultural Management Program of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, organizes the seminar on "A-Lua, A-Lua, A-Lua, A-Lua: A Sweet Delight to Try Making"
February 24, 2025 - The third-year students of the Cultural Management Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the cultural seminar as part of the "Cultural Seminar" course, titled "A-Lua, A-Lua, A-Lua, A-Lua: A Sweet Delight to Try Making”, where it’s honored to have expert speakers from Baan Rak Kanom Thai, including Ms. Patita Sarathiraj and Ms. Pakhwan Estana.
Dr. Napasri Suwanajote, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences presided over the event, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Wasana Suridechakul (Associate Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance), Dr. Siriman Wattana (Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services), Dr. Ariya Poorahong (Head of the Cultural Management Program), lecturers, staff, and students at Nibha Nobhadol Meeting Room, 2 Fl., Building 35, to educate participants on traditional Thai desserts; history, production process, and techniques for making A-Lua, preserving Thailand’s cultural heritage and promoting the conservation of traditional Thai sweets for future generations.
