Braised Pork Belly with Cowa Leaves, or Chamuang pork curry, good local food of Chanthaburi

A video clip to present the story by Ms. Chalisa Onjaidee, a student from the Cultural Management program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The audiences will be introduced to the main ingredient, the Cowa or Chamuang leaves, which is not only making the curry delicious but also useful because of its medicinal properties.

This video has entered the contest in the project, “Searching for Influencers on Social Media. The new generation who cares about preserving cultural wisdom” or Challenge Cultural Influencers. This contest is organized by the Cultural Promotion Association in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Promotion.
