Salted Egg Yolks
A video clip to present the story by Ms. Tasawan Leksee, a student from the Cultural Management program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The audiences will be introduced to the origin of the salted egg yolks, or khaidaeng Khem, that is linked to the fishing occupation of the local people in Songkhla Lake. An interesting presentation technique, the Stop Motion (taking multiple still images in succession similar to moving images), has been used to create this video clip.
This video has entered the contest in the project, “Searching for Influencers on Social Media. The new generation who cares about preserving cultural wisdom” or Challenge Cultural Influencers. This contest is organized by the Cultural Promotion Association in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Promotion.
